The Ultimate Waking Energy and Hydration Drink

Here is our simple recipe for the ultimate waking energy and hydration drink to reboot your body and unleash your potential:


Ingredients:

- Juice of 1/2 lemon

- 10 oz hot water

- 10 oz cold water

- 1/4 tsp pink rock salt

- 1/4 tsp apple cider vinegar

- 1 scoop of Moss & Blood BCAAs

- 1 scoop of Moss & Blood Creatine


Instructions:

1. Squeeze the juice of 1/2 lemon into a glass.

2. Add 10 oz of hot water to the glass and stir well.

3. Add 1/4 tsp of pink rock salt and stir until dissolved.

4. Add 10 oz of cold water to the glass and stir well.

​5. Add 1/4 tsp of apple cider vinegar and stir well.

6. Add 1 scoop of BCAAs and stir until fully dissolved.

7. Add 1 scoop of creatine and stir until fully dissolved.
